Separation from the World

We believe in separation from the world; that since our citizenship is in Heaven, as the children of God we should walk in separation from this present world, having no fellowship with its evil ways, abstaining from all worldly amusements and unclean habits which defile mind and body; that Biblical separation also forbids alliances of any nature, such as cooperation in union meetings, councils, or organizations with churches which have any apostate in that they reject any of these fundamental doctrines - the deity of Christ, the virgin birth of Christ, the sinless life of Christ, the substitutionary and atoning death of Christ, the bodily resurrection of Christ, and/or the verbal inspiration and authority of the Bible as the Word of God as set forth and supported in these Articles of Faith.
